Terms of service
Last updated 4 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Cerebro. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, do not use the site.
1.What this site is
Cerebro is an interface to a smart contract on NEAR. It lets anyone create a token, paired with a token of their choice, and trade it on a bonding curve. We provide software; we do not provide financial services, custody advice, brokerage, or investment recommendations.
We do not create, endorse, vet or vouch for any token launched here. Anyone can launch one, including people who intend to defraud you.
2.Who may use it
You may use this site only if:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- doing so is lawful where you are, and you are not in a jurisdiction or on a list that prohibits it;
- you are acting for yourself and not on behalf of anyone else.
3.How trading here works
Each token launched here starts on a bonding curve: the price is set by a formula, not by an order book, and rises as people buy and falls as they sell. A trading fee is taken on each trade.
When a token's curve reaches its threshold, the accumulated liquidity is moved to a Rhea Finance pool and the pool shares are locked permanently in the launchpad contract, so that liquidity cannot be withdrawn by us or by the token's creator.
Every trade is a transaction you sign. Once it is confirmed on-chain it is final. It cannot be reversed, cancelled or refunded by us, because it is not ours to reverse.
4.Your wallet and your keys
If you connect your own wallet, you keep sole control of it. We never see your private key or your seed phrase, and we will never ask for either. Anyone who does is trying to rob you.
Where this deployment provides a wallet for accounts that have none, the site stores that wallet's key in encrypted form so it can sign on your behalf. You may export the key at any time. Once exported, you are responsible for it, and a key you lose or reveal cannot be changed or recovered.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, including the email address or provider you sign in with.
5.Fees
The site charges a fee on trades, and the NEAR network charges a gas fee on every transaction. Current fees are shown before you confirm a trade. Network fees are not ours and are not refundable.
6.What you must not do
- Launch a token impersonating a person, company or project, or one whose name, image or description infringes somebody else's rights.
- Manipulate a market — wash trading, coordinated pumps, or misleading claims about a token to induce others to buy.
- Use the site to launder money, evade sanctions, or for any other unlawful purpose.
- Attack the site or the contract, including attempts to exploit, overload, or gain access you were not granted.
- Upload content that is illegal, or that sexualises children, incites violence, or harasses a person.
We may remove content and refuse service to an account that breaks these rules. We cannot remove anything already recorded on-chain.
7.What we do not promise
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we do not promise that any price, balance or figure shown is accurate at the moment you read it — much of it comes from third-party sources and from a blockchain we do not control.
Smart contracts can contain bugs. Networks congest and transactions fail. Third-party providers go down. None of that is within our control and none of it is guaranteed against.
8.Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost tokens, or losses arising from the price of any token, from a transaction you signed, from a bug in a smart contract, or from the conduct of any other user.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9.Changes and ending
We may change these terms; the date at the top will change with them, and continuing to use the site means accepting the new version. We may suspend or discontinue the site, or any account, at any time.
You can stop using the site at any time. Tokens you hold are yours and are unaffected — they live on the blockchain, not here.
10.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
11.Contact
A contact address for questions about these terms will be published here.
